The MAXMAC A3 R290 Refrigerant Leak Detection Sensor - R2 is an automotive-grade NDIR gas sensor module designed to detect leaks of A3 R290 refrigerant (propane). It is suitable for HVAC and refrigeration systems as well as electric vehicle (EV) thermal management, vehicle heat pump A/C systems and battery thermal management applications. Built for demanding automotive environments, R2 supports stable operation under vibration, wide temperature variation and complex electromagnetic conditions.
