Single-Channel PM2.5 Sensor

Real-time in-cabin particle monitoring with intelligent HVAC coordination for optimized air quality control

The single-channel PM2.5 sensor adopts a laser scattering imaging structure. A laser beam is directed through a lens onto airborne particles entering the sampling chamber, and the scattered light is optimized through an aperture before being precisely captured by a photodiode for particle concentration detection. The sensor outputs real-time in-cabin PM2.5 data and works closely with the vehicle HVAC system. When particle concentration rises, it can automatically trigger recirculation switching, fan speed adjustment, or purification module activation for intelligent air quality control. With high-sensitivity optical detection and adaptive algorithms, the system helps maintain a healthier cabin environment with greater intelligence, safety, and cleanliness.

Key Advantages

High Accuracy

Built on a high-sensitivity optical architecture, the sensor delivers ±5% to ±10% measurement accuracy to support reliable real-time PM2.5 monitoring across various automotive scenarios.

High Consistency

Equipped with a self-developed automated optical calibration system, it ensures strict consistency in mass production and stable output performance across different vehicle platforms and installation positions.

Automotive-Grade

Designed to automotive-grade standards, the product operates reliably in extreme temperatures from -40°C to 85°C, as well as in high-humidity and high-vibration environments.

Cost-Effective

The core optical module is self-developed and mass-produced, enabling excellent performance with lower cost and stronger competitiveness for large-scale vehicle integration.

PM2.5 Series

The PM2.5 sensor works closely with the in-vehicle system to monitor in-cabin and ambient air quality in real time and display the data digitally on the central control screen. It continuously detects airborne particle concentration and transmits the data to the vehicle HVAC control system, allowing the system to automatically switch air circulation modes, adjust airflow, and activate purification or ionization functions based on air quality conditions. Whether driving in urban traffic, tunnels, exhaust-heavy areas, or dusty roads, the system responds dynamically to maintain a cleaner and healthier cabin environment, delivering a safer and more comfortable travel experience.
