The all-in-one air quality sensor integrates PM2.5, CO₂, temperature, humidity, and optional AQS into a single module, enabling coordinated multi-parameter monitoring through a unified structure and algorithm. The module combines optical scattering for PM detection, automotive-grade NDIR for CO₂ sensing, and a high-precision temperature and humidity chip, with optional MOx-based AQS for detecting external pollutant gases. Multi-dimensional data fusion allows more accurate evaluation of cabin air quality trends. Real-time data can be transmitted to the HVAC system for automatic control of fresh and recirculation modes, fan speed, and air purification functions. In traffic congestion, multi-passenger conditions, tunnels, and exhaust-heavy environments, the system can actively adjust air management strategies based on sensor data to help maintain a healthy cabin environment.
