Integrated multi-parameter sensing for more accurate and intelligent HVAC control

The all-in-one air quality sensor integrates PM2.5, CO₂, temperature, humidity, and optional AQS into a single module, enabling coordinated multi-parameter monitoring through a unified structure and algorithm. The module combines optical scattering for PM detection, automotive-grade NDIR for CO₂ sensing, and a high-precision temperature and humidity chip, with optional MOx-based AQS for detecting external pollutant gases. Multi-dimensional data fusion allows more accurate evaluation of cabin air quality trends. Real-time data can be transmitted to the HVAC system for automatic control of fresh and recirculation modes, fan speed, and air purification functions. In traffic congestion, multi-passenger conditions, tunnels, and exhaust-heavy environments, the system can actively adjust air management strategies based on sensor data to help maintain a healthy cabin environment. With high integration, strong consistency, and reliable performance, the module helps reduce vehicle packaging complexity, wiring, and interface costs while improving overall air quality management for a smarter, healthier, and more energy-efficient cabin.

All-in-One Sensor Series

The all-in-one air quality sensor combines PM2.5, CO₂, AQS (VOC/NO₂/NH₃/CO), and temperature and humidity sensing to provide comprehensive real-time monitoring of in-cabin and external air conditions.
